Seeger Girls had a dominating night scoring more than double the next closest team. The night started out strong with the field events. Regan Garriott won the high jump (5’1) and long jump (14-4.25). Kaleigh Pruitt was 3rd in the high jump while Izzi Puterbaugh was 2nd in the long jump. Ih the throws Kaylee Kerr was second in discus and Kendall Knosp was 4th. In the shot put MacKinley Cooksey was 3rd with Kerr coming in 4th. Seeger won the first 5 running events of the evening. The 4 x 800 relay team of Scout Puterbaugh, LIlly Smith, Pruitt, and Allison High started the Patriots streak winning by over 30 seconds with a 12:15. Hannah Collins and Garriott went 1-2 in the 100 Hurdles, then Kennedy Hueston and Izzi Puterbaugh went 1-2 in the 100 dash. High and Smith went 1-3 in the mile, then the 4x 100 team of Hueston, I. Puterbaugh, Halle Froedge, and Erykah Lasley were also victrious. In the 400 dash, Emma Nelson and Pruitt went 2-3, then Collins and Garriott went 2-3 in the 300 hurdles. HIgh was 2nd in the 800. Next, we went 1-2 yet again with Hueston and I. Puterbaugh in the 200. Smith and S.Puterbaugh went 2-4 in the 2 mile, then we capped off the evening with a win in the 4 x 400 relay run by Pruitt, Nelson, Collins, and High. Overall, it was a fantastic night for the Lady Patriots!
