The girls had a solid outing last night in defeating an always good North Vermillion squad.

In the distance races, Libby Smith competed in the big 4 in preparation for Saturdays, pulling out 3 2nd place finishes (800m, 1600m and 3200m), along with a win in the 4x800m Relay. Kaileigh Pruitt pulled out a nice win in the 800m run after running a personal best of 6:19.9 in the 1600m and Jennifer Romero won 3 races on the night (1600m, 3200m, and 4x800m Relay). Allison High pulled out a solid win in the 400m and then joined Romero and Smith to go 1-2-3 in the 3200m run, all of them finishing under the 13:00 barrier (12:26, 12:45 and 12:51) to put them all in the Top 10 all-time at Seeger.

In the Field events, Kaileigh Pruitt won the High Jump, followed by Regan Garriott who jumped the same height (4′ 6″). Isabelle Puterbaugh placed 3rd in the Long Jump at 12′ 10″, Mackinley Cooksey and Kendall Knosp went 2-3 in the Shot Put and Eden Hess placed 3rd in the Discus with a HUGE PR of 71′ 5″!

In the Springs, Georgie Wallpe and Regan Garriott both placed 2nd in the 200m and 100m, respectively and Isabelle Puterbaugh pulled out 2 2nd place finishes in the hurdle events!
